At present, our headquarters, located in the vicinity of Oviedo, has 9000 m² of surface area and we have a team of half a hundred professionals who work diligently to offer a fast and effective service to our Customers.
We have expanded our facilities up to four times in order to be able to offer our customers the best possible service.
We have new, modern and ample chambers of conservation and maturation, with a system of controlled cold that keeps constant the levels of temperature and humidity that this type of meats need during the approximate twenty days, to obtain a Appropriate maturation and therefore greater tenderness.
We also have a modern fleet of refrigerated vehicles so that the merchandise arrives in optimal conditions to our customers.
